About Applymadrid Remodeling and How Referrals Work
Who we are
Applymadrid Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners in Johns Creek and the Johns Creek area. We connect people who are planning a bathroom or kitchen remodel with independent local providers. That is the whole job. We do not remodel, and the providers are separate businesses that run their own work.
Why this site exists
Remodeling decisions involve a lot of money. Many homeowners start with a search, a pile of ads and no easy way to tell them apart. This service is built for people who think in budgets. The goal is simple: reach a real provider, ask good questions and collect written quotes you can set side by side.
Timing matters too. A leaking shower pan or a worn-out kitchen rarely fixes itself. Small problems grow over days and weeks, and delay can add cost. Price the delay as well as the project.
How providers are matched
When you call or send a request, we look at the type of project, your location and what you want done. Then we point you to a provider in our network that works in your area. Schedules differ, so Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but none can be promised.
Matching is not a ranking. We do not score providers or claim one is better than another. You choose who to hire.
What we expect from providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Return homeowner calls and be open about their schedule
- Explain the scope of work in plain words
- Put prices in writing, with line items
- Follow the license and insurance rules that apply locally
- Treat your home with care
Please check these things yourself. Ask each provider for license and insurance details before you sign anything.
What we do not do
- We do not do the remodeling work.
- We do not set prices. Each provider sets their own.
- We are not part of your contract. It is between you and the provider.
- We do not promise a start date or a result.
- We do not handle insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
Homeowners are not charged by Applymadrid Remodeling to be connected. Providers in our network may pay a fee for the referrals they receive. Your price comes from the provider, so ask for the full amount in writing and see exactly what it covers.
What costs look like
Costs vary by job, size and materials. As a rough U.S. guide, a bathroom remodel can run from about $10,000 for a modest update to $30,000 or more for custom bathroom renovations and luxury bath upgrades. Kitchens often fall between $15,000 and $50,000 or more. Treat these as ranges, not quotes. Compare before committing.
