How to Make a Complaint

Homeowners reviewing bathroom remodel plans with a local provider in Johns Creek

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who contact Applymadrid Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Can Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • How you were treated when you called or contacted Applymadrid Remodeling
  • The way we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Note that Applymadrid Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@applymadrid.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
