Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use applymadrid.beer and the services Applymadrid Remodeling offers on it. When you use the site, phone the number shown on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Applymadrid Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, schedule, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get an itemized written quote and contract. Paper beats promises.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, you agree that Applymadrid Remodeling and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by emailing contact@applymadrid.beer.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Applymadrid Remodeling or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Applymadrid Remodeling is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's work, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
